Mangaluru: MLA Bawa urges Congress activists to convince voters on re-electing Congress

Mangaluru, 28 Apr 2018: The activists had to convince the voters on the achievement and pro-people programmes that are implemented by Congress reign in Karnataka, in order to solicit for their votes, said MLA Moideen Bawa.
MLA Bawa was speaking during the meeting of women Congress activists held at Chokkabettu, here, on Friday, April 27.
Congress-led CM Siddaramaiah state administration introduced several schemes for the welfare of poor, such as housing, rice per Re 1 per kilograms, milk etc. The drinking water supply was provided to all households in my constituency of Mangaluru north during my term, said MLA Bawa. He also sought the voters to elect Congress for another term to further improve the developments.
DK district Congress acting president Deepak Poojary, Sasidar Hegde, Harinat Surendra Kambli, Purushottam Chitrapura, Sadashiv Shetty, Kavita Sanil, Pratiba Kulai, Shakuntala Kamat and others were present.
