Mahamastakabhisheka of Bahubali’s monolithic sculpture in Feb 2018

Beltangady, 04 Feb 2018: The mahamastakbhiseka of monolithic sculpture of Bahubali will be held at Ratnagiri, Dharmasthala, here, during February 2019, announced Dharmadhikari of Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Veerendra Heggade.

 

 

Heggade offered this info during 36th installation ceremony of monolithic sculpture of Bahubali and anointing the feet with 216 vessels-filled with milk, turmeric, honey at Ratnagiri, Dharmasthala, here, on Saturday, February 3.

 

The Mahamastakabhisheka will be held at the leadership of Swami Vardhaman Sagar and at the direction of Swami Charukirti Bhattaraka of Shravanabelagola, said Heggade.
