VHP demands Governor’s intervention to bring peace in DK
Udupi, 19 Jul 2017: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad(VHP) of Udupi has submitted a memorandum to Vajubhai Rudabhai Vala the Governor of Karnataka through DC of Udupi on Tuesday.
“We condemn the communal unrest happening in DK district which has created a lot of trouble to the public.” VHP.
The memorandum states that once the Congress Government has taken into power in the State, there has been a lot of communal unrest in the DK District. 22 Hindus were brutally murdered and an attempt was made to kill 15 Hindu leaders in the State. Hindus all over are living in fear. The Ministers and MLA’s of Mangaluru constituency have been supporting the associations like PFI, KFD and SDPI which are involved in the killing of Hindu leaders.
VHP district President Vilas Nayak, City VHP President Naveen Suvarna, Bajrangdal Zonal President Sunil K R and others were present.
