Mangaluru: DYFI stages bike rally as publicity for upcoming National Convention

Mangaluru, 30 Jan 2017: DYFI staged a motorcycle rally from Kuloor to Tokkottu, here on Sunday, January 29, as part of publicity for their tenth All India Youth Convention, scheduled to be held at Kochi, Kerala form February 2 to February 5.

 

 

DYFI Dakshina Kannada district president and corporator Dayanand Shetty after inaugurating the bike rally, here on Sunday, said that the National Convention will be held themed equality in social, cultural, economical, political and educational spheres and against oppression with the objective of creating New India, employment for all, religious freedom and struggle for democracy. Nearly 900 representatives from all over India will attend the convention. Twelve youth will represent Karnataka.

 

DYFI district secretary Santosh Bajal, district vice president B K Imtiyaz, office bearers Sadiq, Naveen Konchady, Rafiq Harekala, Sunil Tevula, Asha Boloor, Pramila and others led the bike rally.
