Karkala: St Joseph’s Edu Institutions, Belman celebrates R-Day

Karkala, 27 Jan 2017: It’s the duty of everyone to strengthen the democracy, said Fr Sunil Joseph Veigas, correspondent of St Joseph’s education institutions, Belman, near here.

 

Fr Sunil was delivering R-Day address after hoisting national flag at St Joseph’s education institutions, Belman, near here on Thursday, January 26 morning.

 

 

St Joseph’s assistant parish priest Fr Joswin Praveen D’Souza and Don Bosio Convent superior Sr Usha Stella were the chief guests of the occasion.

 

The student Sudhiksha spoke on the significance of R-Day celebrations. The students presented patriotic songs and saluted the national flag.

 

The Primary School head teacher Sr Lucy Pereira, The High School PT instructor Haridas Prabhu and English Medium High School head teacher Lydia Aranha was present at the dais.

 

The High School head teacher Anita Kamalini welcomed the gathering. The senior teacher B Pundalika Marate compered the programme.
