St Lawrence Hr Pry School, Moodubelle celebrates Children’s Day

Udupi, 19 Nov 2016: St Lawrence Higher Primary School, Moodubelle, near here recently, celebrated Children’s Day in the spirit of former PM Jawaharlal Nehru who believed faailure comes only when we forget our ideals, objectives and principles.

 

The School correspondent Fr Clement Mascarenhas in his presidential address, called upon the student to be like Nehru to do ones work promptly and be excellent in studies.

 

 

Gerald Fernandes, the chief guest appreciated the work and commitment of the staff, encouraged the students for their good performance.

 

The students and the teachers performed varieties of dances. Sr Irene Veigas welcomed the gathering.  Prabhavathi proposed a vote of thanks.  Keerthi Kumar compered the programme.

 

All the students leaders were honored by the teachers and guests with flowers and due respect was paid to the late PM.
