Bantwal: District officers offer info on state facilities for OBC/minority communities

Bantwal, 01 Oct 2015: Catholic Sabha Mangaluru Pradesh® - Bantwal deanery organized information camp on state benefits for backward classes and minority communities at Anugraha auditorium, Modankap parish, here on Sunday September 27 afternoon.
Dakshina Kannada district backward classes and minority communities’ department officers – S Somappa, Abdul Khader and Ramamurti Mayya offered info on state facilities on the occasion.
Karnataka legislative assembly backward classes and minority communities’ welfare Committee chairman and Mangaluru south MLA J R Lobo, Modankap parish priest Fr Maxim Noronha, BUDA chairman Pius Rodrigues, town steering Committee president Ida Suresh, taluk panchayat CEO Cyprian Miranda, Catholic Sabha Bantwal deanery president Anita Noronha, clergies of different parishes under Bantwal deanery, office bearers of Catholic Sabha central Committee were present.
Fr Maxim delivered the introductory address. Modankap parish council vice president Stany Lobo welcomed the gathering. Norbert Mathias proposed vote of thanks. The community development convener Herald D’Souza compered the programme.
