Foundation laid to lay linking road to SC Colony at Kotekani

Mangaluru, 09 Jun 2015: MLA J R Lobo laid the foundation for laying linking road to SC colony at Kotekani from Urwa Market, @ Rs 25 lac here on Sunday June 7.

 

 

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Lobo said that the state government has sanctioned Rs 2 crore for Mangaluru south constituency to provide basic amenities to SC/ST communities.  Accordingly, the government has released Rs 160 lac for developing infrastructural facilities at SC colonies and Rs 40 lac for ST colonies, said MLA Lobo.

 

The local corporator Radhakrishna, Congress leader Vishwasdas, B G Suvarna, T K Sudhir, Arun Coelho, Ganesh Kumar, Ramani Umesh, Mallika, Ravi Urwa, Dinesh Kumar and others were present.
