Mangaluru: Auto rickshaw & car Collide at Mulky, 2 critical

Mangaluru, 24 Feb 2015: A auto rickshaw collided with a car, owing to confusion caused by the indicator of auto rickshaw resulted in injuring 3 persons, at Mulky, here on NH on Monday February 23 morning.
The two travelling in auto rickshaw are said to be critical as they have sustained grave injuries on head. They are identified as sixty-five-year-old Vishvanat Bangera and seventy-year-old Rathnavarma Jain who were admitted at the nearby private hospital.
The driver of the car is also injured and is being treated in the same hospital.
While the rickshaw was turning towards the Mulky market, the speeding car which was moving towards Udupi is said to have collided with the auto rickshaw from the side after failing to observe the indicator of the auto rickshaw.
The locals gathered in large number helped in shifting the injured to the hospital through state-run ambulance service 108.
The locals have urged to place proper signboards as the diversion has become a deadly spot for many motorists.
