Puttur: SPC Students bag prizes in National Consumer Day Celebrations

Puttur, 25 Dec 2014: Dakshina Kannada district administration, department of food, civil supplies and Consumers Affairs Mangalore, DK district Federation of Consumer Affairs® and Consumer Club and Planning Forum of University College, Mangalore jointly organized National Consumer Day at Ravindra Kala Bhavana of University College, Mangaluru on Wednesday December 24.

 

DC A B Ibrahim honored Avinash A, II B Com student of St Philomena College, here for securing first prize in the district level collage competition.

Vismitha K, III B Sc student of St Philomena College, here bagged second prize in the same competition.

Asha Shetty, president of DK district Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Sunanda U, principal of University College Mangalore, M J Salian, president of DK district Federation of Consumer Organizations®, Timmarayappa, assistant director of  department of legal metrology were present on the occasion.
