Kundapur: Gram Sabha of Maravante Held

Kundapur, 17 Jul 2014: The gram sabha of Maravante was held at the chairmanship of A Suguna, here on Wednesday July 16.
 
The nodal officer Sitaram Shetty explained the state funds that are available for gram panchayats.
 
The health department official Dr Girish Gowda also informed about the precautionary measures that ought to be taken on vector-borne disease especially during monsoon season.

 

 
The veterinary Dr Arun Kumar offered info on dairy farming.
 
The heads of different departments also shared their info with the gathering.
 
The gram panchayat vice president Prema Poojary, former vice president Arimati Acharya, the former gram panchayat president S Janardhan, members Anita, Mansoor Ibrahim, Ramakrishna Karvi, Narasimha Shetty and Anand Poojary were present.
 
The panchayat development officer Ganesh Hebbar proposed vote of thanks.
