Now browse through CET coaching material on a tab

 

Mangalore, 19 Jun 2014: Browsing through bulky books for common entrance test (CET) coaching is now a thing of the past. Thanks to exams 24x7.com, all CET related matter has shrunk in the form of an android app that students can carry in a customised tablet - a Micromax P280 that this city-based online CET coaching portal has devised. This app, its promoters claim is the first android app for CET coaching in the state with interactive content for students to use.

 

The app contains around 1,000 pages of study material from physics, chemistry, maths, biology along with 60 unit examination and explanatory videos for some of the important topics too. Most importantly, this app can be downloaded in to any tab with android operating system.

 

Explaining reasons for devising this app, Ashok Shenoy, manager (product development) with exams 24x7.com told that in an era driven by information technology, e-learning is soon catching up and era of browsing through books is slowly on the wane.

 

Noting that development of this app has propelled the institution in to an era of tab-based coaching to go with their postal and online coaching, Ashok said an advantage of using a tab is easy readability of the content.

 

Interactive unit examinations which throw up test scores instantaneously and also informing students about where they went wrong is a unique feature of this app, he said. With 8GB internal memory expandable to 32GB, students can have this handy tab with them at all times and browse through coaching material at their convenience.
