Free books distributed to students of UBMC School, Mattar

Udupi, Jun 18, 2014 : U B M C Higher Primary School, Mattar, near Shirva, here organized notebooks distribution programme for the students on Wednesday June 18.

 

The school betterment Committee member Rita Mathias presided the programme here on Wednesday morning.

 

Shirva gram panchayat member Conrad Castelino and Prakash Shetty inaugurated the programme and distributed the notebooks and writing materials to the students on the occasion. 

 

 

The school headmaster Prakash Edward Kotian thanked Sunil Kumar and Ramesh Prabhu Mattar, directors of Rajapura Saraswat Co-operative Society, Karkal for donating school bags to all the students.

 

The teachers Mallika, Prashnti Acharya and Pavitra were also present.

 

Prakash Edward Kotian welcomed the gathering.  The students rendered the prayer song.  The teacher Pushpa Dayavati proposed vote of thanks.
