Udupi: K R Phatkar bags Top Bharat Nirman Volunteer Award

Udupi, 28 Mar 2014: K R Patkar, Shirva gram panchayat Nav Bharat Nirman Vedike president and gram panchayat member was honored by presenting Top Bharat Nirman Volunteer Award, during two-day state level Bharat Nirman volunteers’ convention held at Davanagere, recently.

 

 

Davanagere district Deputy Commissioner S T Anjan Kumar presented the honor on the occasion.

 

The zilla panchayat CEO D B Hemachandra, litterateur Professor B V Veerabhadrappa, Mysore Abdul Nazeer Saab, state rural development organization officer Wilfred D’Souza were present at the dais.
