Head-Load Offerings pour in for historical Nandalike Siri Jatra

Karkal, 15 Mar 2014: The procession of head-load offerings for the historical Nandalike Siri Jatra began from Kedinje – Mujalottu Uribrahma temple after offering the prayers, passing through Manjarapalke – Abbanadka – Belman – Golikatte – Nelligudde – Halekatte and concluded at Nandalike, near Belman, here on Friday March 14.  The historical Nandalike Siri Jatra will be  held on Monday March 17.

 


A large number of devotees partaken in the procession, with several tableaus that was the highlight of the celebration.

 
The hundreds of trucks and pickups participated in the procession of head-load offering that was led by Chavadi Aramane Suhas Hegde.
