M’lore: TV 9 Reporters Assault Case; Visual Media Persons urge CM to sack Shivakumar

Mangalore, 12 Mar 2014: The visual media persons Association staged a protest in front of the headquarter of district administration, here on Wednesday March 12, urging CM Siddaramaiah to take action on state energy minister D K Shivakumar and his supporters for registering false cases on their 2 colleagues and behaving inhumanely at Bangalore, on Monday March 10. 

 

 

TV9 reporters Shreyas and Shweta Prabhu who were on a sting operation at the residence of minister D K Shivakumar with the instructions from their superiors; when the minister’s supporters critically assaulted them and lodged false complaints again them with the local police who arrested them and put in prison. Both the reporters were on a mission to unravel the truth behind people’s complaint against the minister D K Shivakumar.
