Shirva: Miscreants damage Narendra Modi’s hoarding

Udupi, 2 Mar 2014: The strong waves in favor of BJP’s PM candidate Narendra Modi are witnessed ahead of LS polls as the people across the nation are fed up of Congress misrule and the people want change in union government. Meanwhile, the people who fear the defeat in the LS polls are resorting to damage the banner and cutouts of Narendra Modi, said Kaup former MLA Lalaji R Mendon.
The miscreants have torn the life-size cutouts of Narendra Modi that are put up by his followers at Shirva town, with a view to cause law and order disturbance in the neighbourhood.
Shirva BJP president Giridar Prabhu, NaMo Brigade convener Umesh Naik, Kaup block chief secretary Padebettu Prakash Shetty, TP member K Devdas Hebbar, Yuva Morcha president Santosh Acharya lodged complaint at Shirva police station in this regard. Shirva police sub-inspector conducted the investigations.
