4 of a family killed in a ghastly road accident at Panem’lore

Bantwal, 4 Feb 2014 : In a ghastly road accident between KSRTC Bus and a rickshaw, four persons of a family were killed on the spot at Panemangalore bridge in national highway 75 on Monday February 3, late night around 11.00 PM.

 

The deceased are Bhaskar, his wife Prema, Jagadish and his wife Suprita, all residents of Mulibail, Barimar.

 

 

Bhaskar-Prema’s children Ritijna and Abhijna and Jagadish-Suprita’s son Nishan were grievously injured and are admitted at a private hospital.

 

Among them, Nishan’s condition is said to be highly critical.

Bhaskar and Jagadish were brothers.

It is learnt that, they were returning to Barimar after attending a relative’s wedding in BC Road.

Due to the impact the rickshaw which was driven by Bhaskar was totally mangled.

Bantwal town police have registered a case.
