Kundapur: Congress Seva Dal Stages Street Play on UPA’s Popular Programmes in City

Kundapur, 7 Oct 2013: The block Congress Seva Dal staged a street play at old bus stand, market and Shastry circle, here on Sunday October 6, in order to create general awareness on union government programmes, Food Security Act, National Employment Guarantee Programme, RTI Act, RTE Act, amendment to Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation Act, by the artistes trained by Ni Na Sam led by Murari Kasargod.

District Congress Seva Dal leader Ashok Kumar Kodavoor took the leadership of Udupi district-wide street plays on the occasion. 

 

The block Congress president Malyady Shivaram Shetty, secretary Narayan Achar, women block Congress president Jyoti V Putran, youth Congress president Vikas Hegde, former municipal deputy councilor Jacob D’Souza, Devaki Sannayya, Chandrashekar Karvi, Sridar Seregar, Prabhakr Kodi, town Congress vice president Chandrashekar Shetty, veteran Congress leader Shivaram Putran, Kota block Congress former president Shambu Poojary and others were present on the occasion.
