Chanda ani Garb, Konkani short stories book Released

Mangalore, 01 Oct, 2013 : Chanda ani Garb, Konkani short stories book authored by Konkani’s renowned author Kevin D’Mello, published by Srujana Prakashan, was released during the All India Konkani writers’ convention, held at Kalaangann, Shaktinagar, here on Sunday September 29.
Konkani veteran author and poet Vally Vogga released the book on the occasion.

 

Jogotik Konknni Songhaton office bearers Thomazin Cardoza, Eric Ozario, Roy Castelino, Fr Pratap Naik SJ and Joseph Salvador, Ancy Paladka, Maccha Milar, Lolita D’Mello and on behalf of Srujana Prakashan – Vitori Karkal were present on the dais.

It’s the first book of collection of short stories by Kevin D’Mello, who is known for his distinct style since the past 3 years.  It has 14 short stories.  It’s the second book published by Srujana Prakashan.  The cover has been designed by Wilson Kayyar.  It has 160 pages and is sold at Rs 100 only.
