Hassan: New Amusement Facilities at Maharaja Park Misused by Adults in City

Hassan, 13 Aug 2013: The colorful toys that were recently installed at Maharaja Park, here for children are being misused by the adults.

The municipal authorities have installed different amusement facility for the children at a huge cost in Maharaja Park.  Meanwhile, in the past the new amusement facilities that were installed were spoiled within a few days by the adults.  In spite of security men are in the Park, none could do anything to curb the adults from misusing the facilities.  When the parents come at the Park, adults use the facilities than their children. Besides, a few mischievous boys are also damaging the facilities by reckless use.  The elderly daily walkers if they ask them why you use facilities meant for children, they are threatened by others. 

 

 

If this goes on, the newly-installed facilities will become obsolete and had to be disposed off to scrap dealer.  The municipal authorities and concerned department officials are urged to appoint 2 security men and also erect a hoarding that the adults will be fined for using the facilities meant for children.
