RCI - Belman organizes Family Get-together

Karkal, 01 August 2013: Rotary Club – Belman organized Rotary family get-together at Mini Vidha of Belman gram panchayat, near here on Wednesday July 31.

Rotary Club – Belman president Suryakant Shetty presided the function, here on Wednesday.

 

 

The Rotary Club International (RCI) district 318 Right to Information Committee district president B Pundalika Marate was the chief guest of the occasion.

Pundalika in his chief guest’s address said that RCI is the global social welfare organization that is committed for the humanity.  It has presence in 127 countries with nearly 12.5 lac members.  It’s significant that the families of Rotary members also are form part of social welfare activities, said Pundalika.

The active social activists Naveen Shetty, Raghavendra Shettigar and Jitesh were welcomed to the fold of Rotary Club – Belman on the occasion.
Bola Piliyoor Rotary community unit representative Sukesh Kumar and members were also present.

Rotary Club – Shirva member William Baptist Machado conducted various games as part of family get-together.  The prizes were distributed to the winners.

Rameshwari Shetty rendered the prayers.  The secretary Vignesh Shenoy proposed vote of thanks.  Sandeep V Poojary compered the programme.
