Belman Gram Sabha witnesses furore over Burning Issues

Karkal, 25 Jun 2013: The irregularities in issuance of ration cards, irregular power supply, deplored roads, issuance of APL cards to poor families living in 5 cents housing plots...etc were a few issues that the concerned department officers were found struggling to resolve are being witnessed at the council meeting held at Belman gram panchayat auditorium, near here on Monday June 24.

 

 

 

  

The people living at the limits of Belman gram panchayat taken the public-utility-provider MESCOM officers into task over irregular electricity supply, in spite of they pay their bills in time.

The locals raised the issue of deplored village roads, the irregularities in issuance of ration cards and other issues. 

ZP member Supreet Shetty, vice president Srilata, former president Mallika Rao, primary health centre medical officer Dr Satish, Nitte Veterinary Clinic medical officer Vasudev Pai, education department Nandalika CRP Panduranga Shetty, panchayat development officer Shekar Nayak, food department officer Ganesh, labour department officer Gracy, revenue department officer Anand, gram panchayat members Joyce Tellis, Tony Noronha and others were present at the occasion.
