Mangalore: Eat ice cream, win IPL tickets

 

Mangalore, 11 May 2013: The 3 Hungry Men, the food review body, is all set organise IPL (Ice cream Premiere League) this summer season in the city. IPL, the ice cream eating competition, will be organised at Hangyo’s Icy Creamz, Bendoorwell here on May 12.

 

Nikhil Pai, one of the 3 hungry men, told that the team is excited as some of the fiercest eaters from the city will compete for the prized IPL tickets for the winning team.

 

Another member of The 3 Hungry Men Colin DSouza said that there will be three challenging rounds to test overall ability of the teams. "This time we made a restriction of only 30 teams for a fair competition. Entry tickets are strictly sold on a first come first serve basis at the Icy Creams outlet. We do not have any spot entries this time," DSouza said.

 

All teams participating will have to pay Rs 100 per team of two people. Teams will be given a voucher worth Rs 100, which can be redeemed at Icy creams to take part in the competition. With the 3 hungry men we keep everyone happy, said Pai.
