Shirva: Sports activities are part of education

Shirva, 20 March 2012: Physical training activities along with the education help the growth of mental skill. Discipline, time management and continuous attempt will play the key role in success. A sport entertains and also performs the work successfully. Sports activities are part of the education, said Shirva St. Mary’s College Principal Dr. J.C. Miranda.

 

 

He was speaking upon inaugurating the Second Annual Sports Day of Bantakal Shri Madhwavadiraja Technical and Administrative Institute by hoisting the flag and releasing the balloons. The inaugural program was presided over by College Principal Dr. Mohandas Bhat.

 

Vignesh Bhat welcomed the guests and the gathering. Pamboor Catholic Higher Primary School students played attractive band. Rajesh C. conducted introduction. Physical Education Director Prashanth compeered the program. Priyanka conducted prayers. Shabuna Yermal proposed vote of thanks.
