Udyavara: Kubudo Budokan State Level Karate Competition

Udyavara, 14 November 2011: Karate is an art which is helping the physical as well as mental growth and this should be given equal importance as education, said Malpe Entrepreneur Pramodh madhvaraj. He was speaking upon inaugurating the two days 8th State level Inter-Branch Karate competition at Uduyavara Billava Mahajana Sangha organized by Udupi Budokan Karate Association, on Saturday. Speaking further he said that, in the modern world it has become necessity for everyone to learn Karate.
Taluk Panchayath member Ganesh Kumar, BJP Leader Jitendra Shetty, Kubudo Budokan Karate Chief Instructor Ravi Kumar, Udyavara Grama Panchayath President Grecy machado, Teachers Kiran Kundapura, Suresh Ermal, Nityananda Kemmannu, Santhosh Suvarna, Sathish Belman were present on the occasion. On this occasion Pramila Udyavara who won second rank in BED and Udupi District Rajyotsava Photography Award winner Photographer Hemanath Padubidri were felicitated by Pramodh madhvaraj. Umesh Karkera welcomed. Laxminarayana Acharya proposed vote of thanks.
