Mumbai: Prabhakar Borkar re-elected as President of R.S.B.

Mumbai, 15 October 2011: In the popular Rajapura Saraswatha Sangha’s 61st annual meeting held in G.S.B. Auditorium at Sion, Mumbai, Prabhakar D. Borkar is re-elected as the President for the further two year period. Prabhakar D. Borkar is the Chief Manager of English daily Times of India and he is originally from Karkala. He was the Secretary of the Sangha for about 20 years. Since the last 2 years he was the President and during his tenure as the president he has under taken tens of community development projects successfully.

 

 
In the 25 member working committee Sadananda G. Patkar - Vice President, Ramanna Shevude – Vice President, Ramesh Nayak - Secretary, Anil V. Nayak – Joint Secretary, Pooja Kamath – Joint Secretary, Varadraj Nayak – Treasurer and Suresh P. Nayak – Joint Treasurer, were elected.
