Brahmavara: People bid farewell to Shri Vinayaka

Brahmavara, 15 September 2011: Shri Vinayaka Statue installed by Shri Sansthana Gowdapadacharya Kaivalya Mutt Shrimad Shivananda Saraswathi Swami Maharaj in Brahmavara Shri Laxmivenkataramana Temple, and then after 13 days of Poojas the statue was taken in a grand Shobayathre on Tuesday evening through Brahmavara town and Jalastambhana was done in Shri Mahalingeshwara Temple Lake.
 

 

 

 


In the procession various tablos, tiger costumes, chande, nassic band, yakshagana, singing groups had participated. Devotees from Mangalore, Udupi, Goa, Mumbai and many other places had come and participated in this occasion.
