Rev. Dr Joseph Martis has been appointed as the new  Rector of St Joseph’s Inter-Diocesan Seminary, Jeppu  by the  Congregation of  the Evangelization of Peoples, Vatican, of which Honorable Cardinal Ivan Dias is the Prefect at present.
