Mangalore: Nisarga Play School Organizes Decennial Celebrations with Fun-Filled Evening in City

Mangalore, 5 Mar 2013: Nisarga Play School, a premier school among play schools in the city organized decennial celebrations here on Saturday March 2.The city-based Karavali Group of education institutions founder chairman Ganesh Rao presided the programme here on Saturday evening.
Speaking on the occasion, Ganesh Rao said that appreciated the school management and teachers for their effort in shaping the young toddlers for the better future. He also commended the patience and perseverance of the teachers in training these kids.
The city’s renowned criminal lawyer and Youth for Nation (YFN) – non-political social service organization president P P Hegde and Kateel parish priest Dr Ronald Coutinho were the guests of honour.
P P Hegde urged the parents to identify the hidden potential in each kid and nurture it so that they can become strong pillars of tomorrow’s nation. Dr Ronald Coutino congratulated the school management for their keen interest and generosity in training the young minds.
Nisarga Play School principal Patsy D’Souza highlighted the journey of the kindergarten over a period of past 10 years. Three parents of UKG kids shared their experiences about the school during the programme. Dr Ronald Coutinho felicitated the alumnus of School at the same occasion. The School correspondent Victor D’Souza welcomed the gathering. Ashwini compered the programme that concluded with national anthem.
The School has total strength of 110 students who are nurtured and trained for the future. Various activities are being conducted throughout the year by means of competitions, field trips, sports etc.
The programme included welcome dance- spear boys, tumki girls and hunter boys, action songs by play group and pre-KG tiny tots, bumro dance, skit and mime act, lambada dance, couple dance and also Kawali- which were generously applauded by the packed audience. It was a visual treat when the tiny tots performed brilliantly on stage depicting various educative themes vividly presented by the children between the age group of 2 – 6 years. There were hundreds of children performing on the stage – a unique feat by itself, which shows the quality and level of training this school imparts.
