Kuwait: Red Bull X-Fighters Daring Acts thrill Motoring Enthusiasts

Kuwait, 18 Feb 2013: The debut Red Bull X-Fighters Jams here saw 15,000 people witness gravity-defying stunts in front of Kuwait’s most famous landmark, Kuwait Towers, here on Friday February 15.
Red Bull X-Fighters Jams, sponsored by Nissan and held at the aegis of Quarter Mile Club included top international riders Martin Koren from the Czech Republic, Nick Franklin from New Zealand, Daniel Boudin from Sweden and Chris Brock from the United Kingdom.
Hours before Red Bull X-Fighters Jams began; Kuwait’s Arabian Gulf Road was slowly being invaded by thousands of adrenaline-seeking fans.
The show started on Friday at 7.30pm and the crowd got bigger and louder as they could hear the riders warming up their bikes and getting ready to hit the ramp. Famous Lebanese TV presenter Michel Azzi, better known as Micho introduced the event and energized the audience. The riders started to warm up the ramps, making a few long jumps to cheer the people, but they actually didn’t need more incentives to arouse.
The riders delighted the crowd performing some impressive tricks and combos such as Backflips, Supermans and Cliffhangers; showing off their powerful machines with leaps of up to 10 meters high.
The show also included the participation of Chris Pfeiffer (Germany), one of the world’s best motorbike stunt riders. Pfeiffer a four-time World Stunt Riding Champion gave an amazing performance and showed breathtaking best of his tricks that the viewers witnessed for the for the first time.
Red Bull X-Fighters Jams proved to be the biggest motorsport event hosted in Kuwait as it attracted a large number of audiences and the biggest names in freestyle motocross.
