Beltangady: Yuva Jain Milan organizes state-level flood-lit shuttle badminton tourney

Beltangady, 7 Oct 2013: Yuva Jain Milan – Beltangady for the first time ever organized state level flood-lit shuttle badminton tourney at Indraprasta indoor stadium of SDM College, here on Saturday October 5.

Beltangady city Bar Association president Sashikiran Jain inaugurated the tourney on the occasion.
SDM Education Society trustee Dr B Yashovarma presided the programme.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Yashovarma said that the youth who are involved in organizing the tourney are capable of developing leadership qualities and will be creative in working life in the future.  He conveyed best wishes to the participants on the occasion.

The state NSS convener Nemiraj Ariga, Moodbidri Jain Basadi governing council chairman Dinesh Anadka, Yuva Jain Milan presient Ajay P K and others were present on the occasion.

Sixty-five teams partaken in junior and senior divisions of boys and girls, over 45 years and mixed doubles.  The cash prizes and trophies were presented to the winners.  The sponsors of tourney were also felicitated during the stage programme. 
Yuva Jain Milan secretary Uday Jain compered the programme.  President Ajay P K welcomed the gathering.  Naveen Kumar proposed vote of thanks.
