Actress Kajal Aggarwal raises the fitness bar at Gold’s Gym Zumba Master Classes

Mumbai, 9 August 2013: Zumba fans and fitness enthusiasts at Bandra and Mumbai got the opportunity to experience free Zumba Master Class with Actress Kajal Aggarwal led by Celebrity Zumba trainer Suchita Pal at Gold’s Gym Bandra.

Actress Kajal Aggarwal was seen dancing her way to fitness along with her beloved sister Nisha Aggarwal. Both were seen having gala time together. Fun with fitness was the apt mantra for the evening.

 

“Zumba is a fun dance party workout where you lose upto 1000 calories in an hour while having a great time. Being in the industry I have to make sure I stay fit and what better way than Zumba. It is one form of exercise where you just don’t get bored because you’re dancing to great music while working out on your entire body.” said Kajal on the occasion.

Actor Arjan Bajwa arrived a bit late, but he too was amazed by the music and the incredible energy spread around while the Zumba was on.

Many fitness enthusiasts were present to dance and lose calories, while rocking out to the contagious choreography set to Latin and international rhythms. Zumba is going to have Bandraites and Mumbaikars dancing up a storm - smiling and enjoying exercise, while getting serious workout.
