Mangalore, 16 Apr 2013: Dakshina Kannada (DK) District Congress Committee (DCC) president and Congress candidate contesting from Bantwal legislative assembly constituency in the upcoming assembly elections - Ramanath Rai given the charge to KPCC general secretary and city lawyer Ivan D’Souza, in order to oversee the election campaign in 8 constituencies of DK district, during the press conference held at DCC election publicity office located at Kadri, here on Tuesday April 16 afternoon.
