Mangaluru: Tulu movie, Dabak Daba Aisa by hit-movie Chalipolilu casts set for premier on Aug 5

Mangaluru, 12 Jul 2016: Tulu movie, Dabak Daba Aisa, will be premiered on August 5, at a time Tulu filmdom (Coastalwood) is undergoing slump since a few months. It will be released simultaneously in theaters of undivided Dakshina Kannada district with a potential to create a new record in Tulu filmdom.

 

The movie produced under the banner likely to surpass the record of Tulu movie, Chalipolilu. Dabak Daba Aisa is the maiden movie directed by Prakash Pandeshwar has comedy and a social message suitable for family viewing.

 

Majority of actors are from Chalipolilu that had created history in Tulu filmdom by running in theaters for 511 days.

 

The ace cameraman Utpal Nayanar has shot the movie with professional excellence.

 

The movie has 4 songs with sensational scenes. The songs are already made an impact among the Tulu movie enthusiasts. Its CDs are sold like hot cakes. It’s significant that the talented singer Rajesh M Mangaluru got the break in this movie.

 

 

There were a few Tulu movies screened in the recent past with a little success that the viewers were looking for change, while Dabak Daba Aisa will fill the void with high expectations. The success of Chalipolilu by the same crew also contributes for its future success. The movie is of 2 hours and 10 minutes duration guarantees entertainment unlimited, said movie producer Prakash Pandeshwar.

 

The movie will be released in theaters across coastal district on August 5. Sasiraj Kavoor is the scriptwriter, literature and dialogues by Devdas Kapikad, Kadri Navaneet Shetty, Veerendra Shetty Kavoor and Sasiraj Kavoor.

 

Devdas Kapikad, Naveen D Padil, Arvind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor and Sundar Rai Mandara who are the artistes of Chalipolilu are cast in Dabak Daba Aisa. Sheetal got the maiden break as heroine of the movie. Dr Hansaraj Alva and journalist Manohar Prasad are the guest artistes cast in the movie.

 

Laxman Kumar Mallur, Surendra Bantwal, Girish Shetty Kateel, Sudhir Raj Urwa, Sarojini Shetty, Umesh Mijar, Prasanna Shetty Bailoor, Satish Bandale, Ravi Suratkal, Shobha Shaktinagar, Sujata Shaktinagar, Prashant Konchady, Sadashiv Das, Mohan Koppala, Pushparaj Shetty Kudumboor, Manohar Shetty Suratkal, Yashwant Shetty Krishnapura, Chetak Poojary, Vinod, Somu Jogatte, Chandrahas Kadri, P B Harish Rai, Naresh Kumar Sasihitlu, Sasidar Bellayar, Sunil Krishnapura, Praveen Neermarga, Ravindra Shetty Kuttettoor, Vinaya Krishna, Brijesh Garody and Rajesh Shetty are cast in the movie.

 

Madhu Suratkal is the technical director, Sasiraj Kavoor is the creative director, Ramdas Sasihitlu and Kishore Moodbidri are co-directors of this movie.

 

Dabak Daba Aisa was shot in and around Mangaluru town in 21 days at a cost of Rs 60 lac. It’s the comedy movie that has a social message, said movie producer Prakash Pandeshwar.
