St. Lawrence English medium School celebrates Children’s Day as talents day

Moodubelle, 16 November 2010: St. Lawrence English medium High School, Moodubelle celebrated the Children’s Day on Saturday, 13 November 2010 as Talents Day for the students from LKG to 5th Standard.

 

The Principal, Fr. Lancy saldanha presided over the function. Mrs. Helen D’Souza and Mr. Robert Quadros were invited as guests of honour. Both of them delivered the Children’ day messages. The guests of honour also gave away prizes to the winners in the Kho-kho and Volleyball matches.

 

Children performed dances and presented variety entertainment programme.

 

 

Joshal of 10th Standard compeered the programme. At the end of the programme children were provided with sweets. The children’s Day programme concluded with the National Anthem.

 

On 12 November 2010, fancy dress competition was conducted for the students from 1st standard to 7th standard as part of the Children’s day programme.
