Udupi: MSRS College – Students’ Council inaugurated

Udupi, 23 Jul 2014: The students’ council of MSRS College, Shirva, near here was inaugurated recently.

 
The city-based Poornaprajna Institute of Management director Dr M R Hegde in his inaugural address said that through education one can be well cultured.

 
Vinoda and Dr Chandrashekar Shetty, Kaup Foundation representative Dayanand Shetty was the chief guest.

 
Speaking on the occasion, Dayanand Shetty urged all those students who are availing scholarship to carve out better future for them, and when they are employed in gainful employment, remember to return the debt of the society.

 

 
Vidhyavardaka Sangha correspondent V Subbayya Hegde presided the programme.

 
The College principal Professor Subramanya Bhat K delivered the introductory address.  The students’ welfare officer Professor Murugeshi T introduced the guests.  The students’ union leader Ashok welcomed the gathering.  The secretary Sushmita proposed vote of thanks.  Pallavi compered the programme.
