Kundapur: Jnana Vikas Yoga Institute organizes ‘Kutumbotsav’ Programme at Hunsemakki

Kundapur, 6 Jan 2013: The luxurious lifestyle and envy has led the society to live with pressure, while the health of mind and body has taken the toll.  The practicing yoga can kindle positive thoughts and strengthen will power to achieve set objectives in life with perseverance.   It would improve the correlation of mind and body, improves concentration and enhances spiritual bliss; thereby healthy minds dwells in healthy body, which in turn lead to healthy society, said Mukta Mataji, chief trainer of Jnana Vikas Yoga Institute, Kundapur.
 
 
Mukta Mataji was speaking after inaugurating ‘Kutumbotsav’ programme of camp participants of Jnana Vikas Yoga Institute, here on Sunday January 5.  It was jointly organized by health and cultural Vikas Kendra – Brahmavar, Pragati Yuvak Mandal – Hunsemakki, Jnana Vikas Yoga Centre – Kundapur, school governing council – Hunsemakki.

 

 
 
The veteran yogi and journalist Sudhkar Vakwady presided the programme.  
 
 
Hunsemakki Government Higher Primary School headmaster Divakar Shetty, retired executive engineer Ratnakar Shetty was the chief guests.
 
 
The veteran advocate Avarse Ratnakar Shetty, retired teacher Mohan Shetty, Gopady Mescom engineer Babanna Poojary, Govind S, headmaster Sacchidanand Shetty and camp participants shared their yoga experiences.
 
 
Sadanand Shanbagh welcomed the gathering. The retired teacher Shankar Shetty delivered the introductory address.
