Dubai Karnataka Sangh to Organize Vasantotsava – 2013, Autumn Fest on Feb 8

Dubai, 22 Jan 2013: After a mega success of hosting 56th Karnataka Rajyotsava event in November 2012, Karnataka Sangh Dubai will be organizing Vasantotsava – 2013, Autumn Fest, to entertain Karnataka community in UAE with a variety of programmes at J S S Private School, Al-Safa, here on February 8.

 

Kannada drama – Hai ! Bye ! Dubai will be staged by local drama troupe – Inchara Kala Tanda – Dubai as a special attraction during the programme.

 

 

Highlights:   

Art and crafts exhibition – All Kannadigas are eligible to showcase their art and craft work made by them, for example, the craft can be wooden piece, drawing, painting, handicrafts, thread crafts, handmade dolls, etc.  Best craft will be awarded with an award.

 

Best Married Couple - 2013 – Married couples can participate in the competitions.  The winning couple will be awarded with a certificate and a prize.

 

Dance Performances:

 

Dance teams from among different emirates will be performing to the Autumn music tunes and folklore.
