Bantwal, 08 Dec 2014: The Indian orbiter Mangalayana made its maiden flight to mars amidst hair-raising stunts, the talent exhibition to satiate minds and spirits, meticulous arrangement transpired the viewers to a new world during the flood-lit sports held at Sri Rama Vidhya Kendra, Kalladka, here on Sunday December 7 night.
The annual flood-lit sports that were held at Sri Rama Vidhya Kendra, Kalladka, here on Sunday night reminded the success of Mangalayana, Indian mission to Mars. The mock speech of PM Narendra Modi addressing the nation by felicitating the ISRO scientist for the successful launch of Mangalayana indeed got thundering applauses from the audiences.
Over 2,881 students displayed synchronized dances including variety of adventures that was viewed by hundreds and thousands of viewers with awe.
The students of primary, higher primary, high school and college of Sri Rama Vidhya Kendra wearing colorful costumes presented variety of dances here on Sunday evening. The students presented 3-hours of gymnastic adventures, including self defense skills, Yoga, traditional wrestling, bicycle and motorcycle stunts, etc.
The seating arrangement for the spectator enabled to view the adventure display in close range.
The union law minister D V Sadanand Gowda, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, former ministers Alexander and B Nagaraj Shetty, former MP Tejaswini Ramesh, MLC Captain Ganesh Karnic, former MLA A Rukmaya Poojary and K Padmanabha Kottari, entrepreneur Vijay Sankeshwar, Prakash Bhat Mumbai, Prakash Shetty Bangalore, Harsha Melanta, Raja Krishna Devaraya, Gonala Rajashekar Gowda, Yudistira, Asha Prakash Shetty, MLA Muniraju, entrepreneur Gonala Rajashekar Gowda, Anand Shetty Mumbai, MP Vasanti Stanley, Vishal Rao Hyderabad, Kallyan Rao, Jayachandran, Ravishankar Shetty, movie actor Nidhi, RSS Pramuk Chandrashekar Bhandary, Kajampady Subramanya Bhat, Sudhir, Dinesh Hegde, Mangesh Bende, Kiran Kumar and others were present.
