I do not understand why the chief minister has to honor this actress when there is not contribution in her part towards Karnataka State. Just because she hails from Rai family and married to Bachchans doesn t merit her this honor. There are lot of actors from Kannada film industry who have been entertaining Kannada people. Murthy of Infosys rightly deserves this honor as he has setup business in Bangalore so Kannadigas can benefit in terms of job opportunities and the State earns taxes. |
