Udupi: New Chartered Accountants Firm-Acharya and D’Sa Inaugurated

Udupi, 02 Feb 2017: Witnessed the inauguration of a first of its kind, ’Chartered Accountant Firm’ - Acharya and D’Sa Chartered Accountants.

 

It is indeed a great opportunity for the budding Pritish Burton D’Sa of Moodubelle and Srikrishna L Acharya, two, young and energetic individuals, who have collaborated towards catering to the  financial needs of the people, all under one roof. 

 

The firm is located at Sanil Plaza, 2nd Floor, Mission Compound Road, Udupi and is definitely a one stop shop offering a multitude of financial, taxation and audit related services.

 

 

At 12 in the noon, Rev. Fr. Fred Mascarenhas, Dean of udupi Varado and Parish priest of Mother of Sorrows Church, Udupi and Rev.Fr. Denis D’Sa-PRO of Udupi Diocese graced the occasion and blessed the firm and wished both the CAs the best of luck in their future endeavors. A small puja was also performed for the welfare of the firm.

 

This was followed by the formal inauguration at 4:30 p.m which was presided over by CA Devanand, Senior CA of Udupi who was the chief guest for the day. The other dignitaries on the dais included CA. Gopalakrishna, Director of Trisha Institute, Prof. Srinivas Acharya, H.O.D, S.D.M Ayurveda and P. Vilas Nayak, Chairman of Hanuman Group. 

 

The august gathering was welcomed by Pritish D’Sa. Soon after, the auspicious lighting of the lamp ceremony took place to invoke the blessings of the Almighty. 

 

The Chief Guest, CA. Devanand, in his address stated that this firm has not only brought together two individuals having a common objective but has also symbolically brought together two religions. He was of the view that only when young talents like these come to the forefront development in all its glory can take place. 

 

The formal function came to an end with the vote of thanks proposed by Srikrishna L Acharya.

 

The dignitaries who attended the inaugural function included: Premnath Rao, Senior Branch Manager, LIC, Mrs. Ida Gibba D’souza, Ex-member, Zilla Panchayat and Jerald Fernandes, Ex-president of Zilla Panchayat. 

 

Mrs Leena D’Sa, mother of Pritish D’Sa and Laxmikanth Acharya, father of Srikrishna.L Acharya also extended their support towards their children. 

 

The guests were later served refreshments in the office premises where everyone engaged in a meet and greet session.
