New Delhi, 11 Jan 2017: ’Never let the stumble be the end of your journey’ and make it a milestone in your story of success. This was exactly the lesson Monday, January 9th morning taught to RNBGU students during Obstacle Training.
The young brigade of RNBGU was fully charged for a different kind of training to teach them skills to beat hardships of life. The training started at 10.00am. And it was a 3-hour long energetic session. Around 100 students, both boys and girls from various schools of the university participated in this training. They actively participated in various forms of obstacles such as Burma Bridge, Crawling in the dig, 10 Feet Wall Climbing, jumping from wall, Climbing the ramp, Ladder Climbing, Rope Climbing. The training helped the students to understand role of such trainings in developing and promoting physical fitness, self-confidence, determination and quick reflexes. It also helps them to protect themselves even support others in adverse times. Such training sessions are certainly the morale boasters for the young blood of the University. This was reflected in the enthusiasm displayed by the students such that the chilly spine nerving winter and cold blowing wind on a dense foggy weather did not deter their spirit of participating in all the different kinds of training. It turned out to be an adventurous and enjoyable learning experience for them.
As these trainings are required to instill much needed discipline and patriotism in the hearts of young blood; such programs will be a regular feature at the University.
The students and staff feel highly indebted to the President for his guidance and constant perseverance to provide such a unique enriching learning experience to the students of the university.
The organize salute and thank Indian Army for their advice, guidance and co-operation in making this dream possible for the youth into a reality!
