Udupi: Supper Hit Konkani Movie ’Ek Aslyar Ek Na’ released both in Ashirvad and Inox Man

Udupi, 17 Sep 2016: Much awaited and widely spoken and eagerly waited Super Hit Konkani movie produced by Frank Fernandes Thottam, “Ek Aslyar Ek Na” was finally released with a premier show at Ashirvad Theatre, Kallianpur Udupi on Friday, 16th September 2016 amidst large number of eminent personalities and actors of the movie. The movie is produced under the banner of Ferns Movie International owned by Mr. Frank Fernandes Thottam, a well-known businessman residing in Dubai, U.A.E.

 

This movie was released in Mangalore on 4th September and runs housefull since then and widely watched not only by Konkani Catholics but all community people are watching it.

 

Prior to the premier show, inauguration ceremony held at the Ashirvad Theatre at 9.30am attended by eminent personalities of Udupi and a few main actors. The popular builder of Udupi area Mr. Jerry Vincent Dais inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp accompanied by all the guest present on th occasion.

 

The brief programme started with invocation by Rev Fr. Francis Cornelio, Parish Priest of Thottam St. Aan’s Church.

 

During the inauguration along with Frank Fernandes Producer of the movie, Walter D’Souza entrepreneur, Rev Fr. Francis Cornelio Thottam Parish Priest, Rev Fr. Francis Xavier Lewis, Parish Priest Mudarangady, Rev Fr. Philip Nerry Aranha; Mount Rosary Parish Priest, Rev Fr. Anil Fernandes Capuchin Mount Rosary Assistant parish priest, Bhavanendra Kidiyoor Managing Partner of Kidiyoor Hotels, Valentine D’Souza DySP of Mangaluru, Valerian Fernandes Catholic Sabha President of Udupi diocese, Loyal D’Souza President of ICYM, Udupi diocese including actors Pradeep Barboza (Writer/actor), Priya (Heroin), Alphons D’Souza (Actor) and other guests were present prior to premier show.

 

Jerry Vincent Dias of Mandavi Builders, Udupi, Bhuvanendra Kidiyoor and Valentine D’souza spoke during the occasion and wished good luck for the movie and promised their support.

 

Valentine D’ Souza cut the cake on the occasion of his promotion as DySP of Mangaluru. He was grateful for the organizers for the honoring him and promised all help for the movie.

 

This romantic, comedy and super hit movie was produced by Frank Fernandes of Thottam, Direction, story, Screenplay and dialogue by Pradeep Barboza Paladka and Music by Vanil Veigas, Permannur. The artists are Pradeep Barboza hero, Priya Menezes Hospet heroine, Frank Fernandes, Alwyn Danthi Pernal, Alphons D’Souza (Moodubelle) and others co actors. It’s a complete entertaining movie involving very good actors, wonderful story, great dialogues, super songs written by well know poet Wilson Kateel (recently awarded as Yuva Kittall Puraskar) and sung by popular young singers Prajot D’Sa of Udupi and Kevin Misquit of Mangalore.

 

The movie was released earlier in Mangaluru, Gulf Countries and other countries as well. During the premier show at Ashirvad Theatre Pradeep Barboza, Priya Menezes and other artists and actors were present.

 

 

The story begins with a simple love story and a few comedy scenes and slowly gathers the seriousness involving Villain (Alphons Moodubelle) and Claudy D’Lima, Shirva (father of Villain in the movie) who are bent upon getting Heroine married to the Villain against her wish. Power money plays important role in the film, in the process love is broken temporarily and duel starts between hero (fantastic acting by Pradeep Paladka) and villain (Alphons Moodubelle) involving both families.

 

Lots of twists and turns, fights, stunts, comedy makes this film a worth watching equally supported by co actors, comedians, amazing background music and songs add to the beauty of the movie. The final climax of the movie completely turns the tables and ends with a success story, the truth prevails, the love is not lost after all.

 

This movie was shot in the exotic locations of our Coastal area especially Moodubidri and Kemman, Malpe increased the beauty of this movie.  Great acting, supper performances by all and wonderful music and songs, a movie worth a watch.

 

A movie all konkani families must watch and enjoy. The movie has become supper duper success in Mangalore and the EAEN team expects same response from Udupi audience.

 

Steevan Colaco compered the short programme prior to the show. The brass band led by Franky of Sunshine band welcomed the guests prior to the programme. The movie has four shows a day at 10.15 am., 1.00 pm., 4 pm and 7 pm.

 

The movie also released in INOX in Manipal and show timings are 4:30pm and might increase show timings depend on audience.
