Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
• 500 grams chicken mince
• 2 big onions
• 4 green chillies
• One inch long ginger
• 10 cloves of garlic
• Half cup coriander
• Half cup mint
• Two eggs
• Four slices of bread
• Two cups of bread crumbs
• One tea spoon chilly powder
• One tea spoon hot spice (garam masala) powder
• Half tea spoon mustard powder
• Salt as per taste
Method of Preparation
• Grate the onion and squeeze out the water content
• Put the chicken mince in mixer and add cut ginger, garlic, green chilli and bread slice and make paste of it
• Put the grounded contents from the mixer in a bawl
• Add grated onion, coriander, mint, eggs, chilli powder, garam masala, mustard powder and salt
• Mix all the above ingredients and make medium sized round balls
• Coat the meatballs with bread crumbs
• These meatballs can be deep fried or shallow fried or baked in oven or microwave or grilled according to the preference
• These meatballs can be served as starters with lime, mint and curd chutney or chilli chutney or tomato ketchup
• This above preparation can be served to six to eight people as starters
Note: The same preparation can be used as a burger cutlet.
