Pork Coorgi Style

Ingrediants:
- Pork 1 kg
- Red chilli powder according to taste
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 2-3 tsps
- Salt to taste.
- Black masala 2-3 tsps
- Black vinegar 1 tsp ( Also known as Pulineer)
Green masala: mince fine the following ingredients .
- Onions 2 big sized
- Green chillies 8 nos
- Pods of garlic 15-20
- Ginger 3”
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch.
Ingredients for the black masala
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds ( jeera ) 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds ½ tsp
- Pepper corns 1 tsp
- Roast the above ingredients separately on low flame and dry grind it
Description:
Keep 1/2 cups of water in a heavy bottomed vessel and when it starts boiling add the green masala.
Let it boil for 5 minutes and then add the pork ( pork has to be marinated with salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder).
When it is half done. add the black masala, pepper and the black vinegar . Cook till pork is fully done.
