Ingrediants:
  • Pork 1 kg
  • Red chilli powder according to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder 2-3 tsps
  • Salt to taste.
  • Black masala 2-3 tsps
  • Black vinegar 1 tsp ( Also known as Pulineer)

Green masala: mince fine the following ingredients .

  • Onions 2 big sized
  • Green chillies 8 nos
  • Pods of garlic 15-20
  • Ginger 3”
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch.

Ingredients for the black masala

  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds ( jeera ) 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds ½ tsp
  • Pepper corns 1 tsp
  • Roast the above ingredients separately on low flame and dry grind it

Description:

Keep 1/2 cups of water in a heavy bottomed vessel and when it starts boiling add the green masala.

Let it boil for 5 minutes and then add the pork ( pork has to be marinated with salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder).

When it is half done. add the black masala, pepper and the black vinegar . Cook till pork is fully done.
