Karkala: Dadara & Rubella Pulse campaign launched at Belman

Karkala, 08 Feb 2017: The motion was set for administering pulses for dadara and rubella diseases for 9 months to 15 years old children jointly undertaken by both union and state government was held at St Joseph’s School, Belman, near here on Tuesday, February 7.

 

Fr Sunil Joseph Veigas, correspondent of St Joseph’s group of education institutions, Belman after inaugurating the programme urged the people to actively take part in the pulse programme, because healthy citizens are the national asset.

 

 

Belman gram panchayat president Mallika Rao presided the programme.

 

Belman – PHC resident medical officer Dr Gurudutt, Karkala TP member Asha D Shetty, Don Bosio Convent superior Sr Usha Stella, St Joseph’s English Medium School head teacher Lidia Aranha, junior health assistant Prashant were present.

 

The School head teacher Sr Lucy Pereira welcomed the gathering. The senior teacher Pundalika compered the programme. 

 

The health assistants Anupama and Shamita, Asha activists Sunita and Meenakshi, Anganawady teachers Pramila and Prabha, teachers assisted in the programme.
