Karkala: Invites of 13th taluk Kannada Sahitya Sammelan released

Karkala, 20 Jan 2017: The invitations of 13th Karkala taluk Kannada Sahitya Sammelan that will be held at St Joseph’s Higher Primary School, Belman, near here, on February 4, was held released during the simple function held at the School auditorium, on Thursday, January 19.

 

The Sammelan reception Committee president and Belman - St Joseph’s education institutions correspondent Fr Sunil Joseph Veigas released the invites on the occasion.

 

 

Belman assistant parish priest Fr Joswin Praveen D’Souza, TP member Asha Devendra Shetty, Belman gram panchayat president Mallika Rao, School head teacher Sr Lucy Pereira, Haridas Prabhu, Vincent Pinto, Harshendra Kumar Jain, Hariprasad Nandalike, Sandeep V Poojary Abbanadka, School Kannada Literary Union president Yashaswini Naik and secretary Nita Nayak were present.

 

The senior teacher and Sammelan Committee honor secretary B Pundalika Marate welcomed the gathering. Karkala taluk Kannada Sahitya Parishat president Prabhakar Shetty Kondalli delivered the preliminary address. The secretary Sudhakar Shenoy proposed vote of thanks.
