M’luru: Chandikori, another Tulu movie to hit stands in Sep

Mangaluru, 21 Aug 2015: Bengaluru-based Anand Audio bagged the rights of Chandikori, Tulu movie, produced by Sharmila D Kapikad and Sachin A S Uppinangady, under the banner Bolly Movies, directed by Devdas Kapikad. It has been the first time Anand Audio bagged the rights of Tulu movie.

 

Chandikori, Tulu movie has a innovative story, a social message. Devdas Kapikad has directed the movie for the first time and also composed the music. Kadri Manikant assisted in the playback music.

 

 

It has 4 top songs. It’s significant that father son both sang those songs. The hero Arjun Kapikad and Devdas Kapikad sang together. Manikant Kadri also sang one song. Madhu Balakrishnan and Apoorva Sridar also sang a song. The movie has love story and laughter riot. The movie that runs through two-and-half-hours has plenty of entertainment with potential to become super hit movie. The shooting has been done in and around Mangaluru within 31 days.  

 

Arjun Kapikad is the hero, Karishma Amin is the heroine, other casts comprised Navin D Padil, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Arvind Bolar, Satish Bandale, Gopinat Bhat, Chetan Rai Mani, Timmappa Kulal, Suresh Kulal, Umesh Mijar, Panduranga, Richard Pinto, Raghavendra Karant, Master Krutin, Sharmila Kapikad, Manisha, Sarojini Shetty, Sujata Shaktinagar, Sumitra Rai, Lavanya Bangera, Naresh, Sasi and Sunil.

 

The cameraman P L Ravi, dialogue by Sujit Naiki, choreography by Akul, stunts by Maas Madha, production-in-charge Rajesh Kudla, playback music by Manikant, direction by Devdas Kapikad, produced by Sharmila D Kapikad and Sachin A S Uppinangady.

 

It has message that the parents are visible gods and its duty to respect them. It also lays emphasis on perseverance, social message and plenty of entertainment. The movie will be premiered during September.
